Top Workplaces USA: Nearly 40,000 companies were invited to participate and roughly 1,500 were recognized as one of the USA TODAY Top Workplaces for 2025. The publisher welcomed employees to nominate an organization through a survey partnered with Energage. To be eligible, employers must have at least 150 employees in the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam, and could be public, private, nonprofit, for profit, or governmental. Once employers were nominated, their employees were asked to answer questions that gave feedback about the companies they worked for. Information gathered included issues relating to workplace culture, including Alignment, Connection, Effectiveness, Engagement, Leadership, and the Basics, including pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations. Employers were then ranked among groups of similar size to most accurately compare results, with those that scored high being recognized. This 2025 ranking is based upon surveys completed during the period from Dec. 1, 2023, to Oct. 25, 2024, and was published on  March 21, 2025. Nominations were collected from the public, and nominees shared employee counts, revenue numbers and more. NBJ then calculated one-year growth (2024-2025) and three-year growth (2022-2025) rates, and applied differing weights to those growth rates (with the heavier weight given to one-year growth). Travis grew up in Upstate New York, where he learned the value of hard work and keeping things simple. After high school, he joined the U.S. military and served for nine years as an HVAC technician and instructor. His time in uniform shaped much of who he is, instilling discipline, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to serving others.
When his military service ended, Travis knew he wanted to continue helping people, just in a different way. He earned a degree in Finance from LeTourneau University in 2025 and soon joined SageSpring Wealth Partners as a financial associate.
Now, Travis works with individuals and families to make sense of their financial picture, whether that’s planning for retirement, investing wisely, or building a long-term strategy. He’s someone who listens first, asks thoughtful questions, and sticks with his clients for the long haul. For him, the real reward is seeing people gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind about their future.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Travis outside hiking, backpacking, or playing a round of golf. He’s always up for a good challenge, whether it’s on the trail, the course, or in helping someone take the next step with their finances.

Jeff’s financial expertise and wisdom are the perfect match to his innate people skills.
