Allison Robison grew up in Franklin, and after living in multiple cities and states over the last 20 years, she is very happy to call Franklin home again. She began her time with SageSpring Wealth Partners as the Office Coordinator before joining the Ridley Wealth Team as a client services associate. Her primary focus is providing exceptional, timely, and efficient service to clients and her team.

Allison feels exceptionally blessed to be part of the SageSpring family and have the opportunity to work with such wonderful people. She loves what she does and truly looks forward to coming to work each day.

When she is not in the office, Allison is quite busy with her five kids. She is always up for adventure and excitement and looking for ways to have fun and create memories. Her faith, family, and friends are her motivation in life.

John O’Connor graduated from Towson University in 2019, with a degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. He previously worked for Wealth Enhancement Group and has his Series 7, 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses. John is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

In his role on the Ridley Wealth Team, John works with clients on reviewing investments, portfolio management, financial planning, retirement planning, and many other needs. When it came to joining the SageSpring Wealth Partners’ team, John was drawn to the company culture and especially that the company was honored among the top places to work in Tennessee in 2020 and 2021.*

John knew he wanted to work with other financial professionals who desire to serve clients and put clients’ interests ahead of their own. Additionally, he wanted to work for an organization that allowed him to grow in his role and expand his knowledge. To his delight, John has found all of these attributes at SageSpring, and he appreciates, even more, how close his team is, how everyone is there for each other through the good and bad, and how everyone celebrates each other’s successes for the company as a whole.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time at the gym, exploring new hiking trails, trying new breweries, and talking all things basketball.

*More than 1,000 companies were invited to participate, 90 were recognized as one of the Tennessean Top Places to work. The Tennessean welcomed anyone to nominate an organization and partnered with Energage, who also reached out to companies. Any employer was eligible, as long as it had at least 5 employees in Middle Tennessee. Employees could be public, private, nonprofit or governmental. Once employers were nominated, employees were asked to fill out an online questionnaire that gave more information about the companies they worked for. Information gathered included issues relating to workplace culture, including Alignment, Connection, Effectiveness, Engagement, Leadership, and the Basics, including pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations. Employers were then ranked among groups of similar size to most accurately compare results, with those that scored high being recognized. The ranking may not be representative of any one client’s experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of an advisor’s future performance. James Ridley is originally from Henderson, Kentucky. He attended Belmont University, where he graduated with a business degree in Entrepreneurship. After some successful years as a real estate investor, James decided to pursue his passion for helping families understand their financial situation and assist them in reaching their goals.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, James works hand in hand with clients to create, implement, and maintain plans for those seeking financial freedom. James has a desire to serve others and is excited for the opportunity to learn more about clients’ lives and what is important to them.

Outside of work, James enjoys volunteering with Young Life and spending time outdoors – where he can often be found playing soccer, hiking, or going rock climbing.

Jeff’s financial expertise and wisdom are the perfect match to his innate people skills. His dedication extends beyond the office to the boardroom and the local community, where Jeff is passionate about giving back. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Men of Valor, a prison ministry and mentoring program. Jeff also serves on the board of Send Musicians to Prison, which shares hope, healing and restoration with the imprisoned through musicians & artists. Jeff actively supports other initiatives in the community by sitting on the board of The Signatry of Middle Tennessee and the Halftime Institute of Nashville. 

Witnessing his four children, Gracyn, Hunter, Tanner, and Logan, excel on the field is almost just as rewarding, if not more, than celebrating the victories of seeing his clients overcome obstacles and build wealth. Spending weekends boating on the lake, hiking mountain trails, and fishing with his family are the moments Jeff cherishes most.
