Natalie Maxwell is a key member of the Ridley Wealth Team, serving as a dedicated Client Services Associate. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional support, she assists clients with managing account changes, fund movements, and addressing any day-to-day requests. Known for her problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, Natalie ensures that both clients and advisors receive seamless operational assistance, making her an essential part of the team’s success.

Originally from Leonard, Texas, Natalie moved to Nashville in August 2022 to marry her husband, Rudy. A 2022 graduate of Duke University, she transitioned to SageSpring from a career in nursing, bringing her natural compassion and client-focused mindset to the world of finance. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys reading, lifting weights, going on long walks, and playing with her puppy, Wallace. She also loves spending quality time with her family and enjoying movie nights.

John O’Connor

John O’Connor graduated from Towson University in 2019, with a degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. He previously worked for Wealth Enhancement Group and has his Series 7, 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses. John is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

John works with clients on reviewing investments, portfolio management, financial planning, retirement planning, and many other needs. When it came to joining the SageSpring Wealth Partners’ team, John was drawn to the company culture and especially that the company was honored among the top places to work in Tennessee in 2020 and 2021.

John knew he wanted to work with other financial professionals who desire to serve clients and put clients’ interests ahead of their own. Additionally, he wanted to work for an organization that allowed him to grow in his role and expand his knowledge. To his delight, John has found all of these attributes at SageSpring, and he appreciates, even more, how close his team is, how everyone is there for each other through the good and bad, and how everyone celebrates each other’s successes for the company as a whole.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time at the gym, exploring new hiking trails, trying new breweries, and talking all things basketball.

James Ridley is originally from Henderson, Kentucky. He attended Belmont University, where he graduated with a business degree in Entrepreneurship. After some successful years as a real estate investor, James decided to pursue his passion for helping families understand their financial situation and assist them in reaching their goals.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, James works hand in hand with clients to create, implement, and maintain plans for those seeking financial freedom. James has a desire to serve others and is excited for the opportunity to learn more about clients’ lives and what is important to them.

Outside of work, James enjoys volunteering with Young Life and spending time outdoors – where he can often be found playing soccer, hiking, or going rock climbing.

Travis grew up in Upstate New York, where he learned the value of hard work and keeping things simple. After high school, he joined the U.S. military and served for nine years as an HVAC technician and instructor. His time in uniform shaped much of who he is, instilling discipline, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to serving others.

When his military service ended, Travis knew he wanted to continue helping people, just in a different way. He earned a degree in Finance from LeTourneau University in 2025 and soon joined SageSpring Wealth Partners as a financial associate.

Now, Travis works with individuals and families to make sense of their financial picture, whether that’s planning for retirement, investing wisely, or building a long-term strategy. He’s someone who listens first, asks thoughtful questions, and sticks with his clients for the long haul. For him, the real reward is seeing people gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind about their future.

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Travis outside hiking, backpacking, or playing a round of golf. He’s always up for a good challenge, whether it’s on the trail, the course, or in helping someone take the next step with their finances.

When you encounter Founder & President of SageSpring, Jeff Dobyns, it’s easy to understand why this is at the very heart of who we are as a firm. You won’t find stuffy formalities with Jeff; instead, you can expect to find him sharing a warm smile, communicating a compelling vision, or patiently untangling life’s complex challenges with clients. He believes in truly getting to know clients, understanding their aspirations and priorities, and navigating their financial plans with a tailored, comprehensive approach. Our team members have often been caught taking notes on Jeff’s effortless relationship skills from a distance, and we admire them for striving to learn from one of the best. 

Jeff’s financial expertise and wisdom are the perfect match to his innate people skills. Jeff holds the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChLU®) designations, and has held executive positions with financial planning firms for more than two decades. 

His dedication extends beyond the office to the boardroom and the local community, where Jeff is passionate about giving back. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Men of Valor, a prison ministry and mentoring program. Jeff also serves on the board of Send Musicians to Prison, which shares hope, healing and restoration with the imprisoned through musicians & artists. Jeff actively supports other initiatives in the community by sitting on the board of The Signatry of Middle Tennessee and the Halftime Institute of Nashville. 

Witnessing his four children, Gracyn, Hunter, Tanner, and Logan, excel on the field is almost just as rewarding, if not more, than celebrating the victories of seeing his clients overcome obstacles and build wealth. Spending weekends boating on the lake, hiking mountain trails, and fishing with his family are the moments Jeff cherishes most.
